the Paramedic course here requires applicants to do 30 in a minute.
I did 30 in 27 secs.
Is that a new CPR technique or something, doing pushups on people in cardiac arrest?
lol
I like doing clapping push-ups. I usually do like 20 and then stop, though.
40-50 and after a short pause another 30-40.
Despite looking quite muscular (I have no idea why), I can only do 20 or so push-ups before I get tired and stop.
Anyone can do fast pushups, try doing 10 over the course of 10 minutes. That requires both physical conditioning and breath/relaxation control.
I do 4 sets of 25 every morning, with about 30 to 45 seconds rest in between sets. The last two sets are not easy for me to do. I would like to be able to do more, but it hasn't gotten any easier after about a month of this...
>>8 Well I can't do that so let's not talk about it.
The question is not how many I can do, but why I should do any. So long as I have enough strength to walk to my car and to lift my laptop, I have no use for additional muscle.
I like penis.
I used to do 5 with great pain, not so long ago. I'm training now, and can do streaks of 10 without too much difficulty.
I know I'm far from anything not ridiculous, but that's okay with me. That means there's lots of room for improvement, and I'm motivated.
78- I gave up after because I got bored and the commericial ended.
That sounds fine. Your body knows how many are enough, I think. You can increase the number as they become easier to do.
Back when I exercised regularly, I remember when I first started out I quickly progressed and then hit a "soft cap" at around sets of 25, it took me a long time to be able to do 30 without dying.
I started off doing four sets of 15. At the end of the month, I could do 10 sets of 15.
I can do around 20 normally, but if there is a female under me that increases to 120.

The /b/tard in me says OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAND!!!
But the serious side says about twenty-five or so. I'm more of a cardio guy, not so much upper-body strength.
