i'm taking japanese class at my school right now, and there are about two or three japanese students taking the class. they are native speakers.

i won't feel so upset if they actually grew up in the us and want to learn how to speak their language, but it's a little ridiculous when they obviously can speak well and are there probably so they can have an easy a.

and it doesn't help that one of those students always raises his hand to answer questions. it won't kill to tone down the fact that you're already a native speaker.

i'm sure in every foreign language class, there will always be people like that. native speakers who are taking their native language's class.

have you guys ever encountered people like that?

I'd take it for the easy A. I wouldn't attend the lectures though, that's just stupid.

Haha, there's a Japanese girl in my J3 class. What I find dunny is that she takes all of the tests along with everyone... funny thing is, is that a quarter of the class always finishes before her...
