Select Start -> Run, then copypaste the following: notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts into the rext field and select Run. You will have in front of you a list of all the sites you've been blocked to. Delete all the text in the file and save the file (Ctrl+S). Behold and marvel; you're not b& from Chans anymore.
