You know of any dumbed down mobile sites I can browse or post on? Specifically ones that do not rely on cookies or chapcha because my phones browser can't work with the. I look at Channel4 and I can read the headlines on Reddiit okay but not much more than that.

Any site ever. Just disable stylesheets and perhaps JavaScript.
