SO MY EX WIFE TOLD ME HER B/F HEARS VOICES THAT HAVE TOLD HIM TO SHOOT HIMSELF AND HE THINKS THAT PEOPLE SPY THRU WALLS ON HIM. SHE SAID HE WOULD WAKE HER UP AT 3 AM GIVE OR TAKE AND TELL HER THEY WERE WATCHING THEM THAT THEY HAD TO GO. IM CONCERNED FOR MY CHILDREN AND IF HE LOSES IT WHAT CAN I DO

I'd attempt to get custody of the kids, if you're really concerned. Check your local laws.

Yeah, talk to someone at CPS with your concerns. Document when and who you talk to. If you believe there is real danger, be persistent and keep calling. They'll pay attention eventually.
