Eat proteins. And by proteins I don't mean fucking all-you-can-eat meat buffet but healthy proteins like eggs, for example. Or just protein powder.
On topic: I was weighing 98kg when I was 15 years old - definitly too much. Then I started eating more healthy and lifting weights. Now I'm almost 18(just one more month), am 1,85m tall, weigh 84kg and got a more or less nice build.
Weight lifting seriously does help you, but I probably won't go any farther. Being ripped is one thing, being bulky another. An athletic build is the best of them all
