I want to learn the piano!

Questions:
1) How hard is it?
2) How should I learn it?
3) Will I be able to learn it without a full piano? I've got an old keyboard somewhere.

1) It's pretty hard, but after, if you practice and stay dedicated it'll get less hard and more fun.
2) Lessons with a teacher, and lots of practice.
3) When you first start, a keyboard will be fine. But after awhile, you'll want a real piano, or a bigger keyboard.

We're learning some of the fundamentals of playing the piano in our high school...it's pretty fun but difficult, at least for me... :-/ My fingers should be more fast-paced and I constantly press the keys I'm not supposed to by accident. :( ...but I agree playing it is lots of fun! :D

1) well hard work and dedication is needed since no one can be good in one day
2)get a Piano Tutor or go to a local music school
3) to practice a keyboard would do fine in the begining stages but a actual piano would be more helpful. a nice simple electric piano would be nice

The key is to practice everyday, even just for a little bit! It's that whole muscle memory thing. I've been playing for over ten years but since college started, I haven't been playing like I used to, and my fingers are so stiff when I try to play again, ha ha.

on the bright side, maybe he'll get it caught in the strings.
