Yeah, there you have it... I'm interested in learning a language... would you recommend Rosetta Stone? I can't seem to find any reviews....

Rosetta Stone is quite good for starting new languages. It's expensive but effective. It's not quite as good for acquiring deep reading/writing knowledge, nor for more advanced study, but it's a very good tool for entry-level language acquisition.
