I like using F5 to reload on Windows, but since in most Mac apps function keys are user-definable the shortcut usually is ⌘R. At first I bound Safari's View → Reload Page to F5, but then I started using ⌘R and it's not that bad. I liked being able to reload with just one key but I'm satisfied with ⌘R.
enjoy your carpal tunnel.
reboot
I rightclick -> refresh.
I also use the rightclick menu for back and forth navigation. This way I don't have to finemouse my way to the toolbar, or move the hands over to the keyboard.
I use C-r in Windows, anyway. Who needs function keys?

rightclick menu works out-of-the-box with every browser. Besides, I don't know how to get mouse gestures in Konqueror

I had no idea you could reboot with ⌘R before, well, now. :S
