That's amazing. As a very functional/frugal NEET this would suit me perfectly. Though I'm not quite as handy as her and I would especially worry about electricity and toilet issues.

My local industrial estate rents out shipping containers that have been converted for use as offices, so perhaps I can get electricity and an internet connection in one of those (and then get food/water from elsewhere). That might be taking it too far though.

I like to live in high places.

So if I could put my container on a high-rise roof it'd be all good.
