Telling someone you've moved on (3)

So I've got this friend that lives thousands of miles away. We met online, liked each other, and finally we met, but no sparks flew. She's got a great personality, but...absolutely no chemistry between us. I didn't want to dismiss it right away, but I've moved on now (found someone local to be interested in) and I'm not sure if she still harbors feelings. We're like best friends, but we rarely correspond now. I know she'll find out one way or another if she doesn't already know. (I've told her about my pursuits of others.) But for this scenario, let's say she doesn't know. What would be the best way to let her know?

Unless she somehow makes it clear that she still harbors feelings for you, I don't see why it would be necessary to tell her at all. In the case that she does say or do something that leads you to believe that she still likes you, then those actions give you an excuse to just tell her directly that you have already moved on.
