It depends, of course. If you are 180cm height 70kg in weight okay. It also depends on your muscles. Do you have a tough job like carrying around 25kg sacks you gain a lot of muscles and, as we all know, muscle mass weights more as fat. It all depends.
id say healthy ranges are about 50-65 if your anywhere around 5'0 to 5'11
