Is this a good idea? That's sort of hard to say. It's not necessarily a bad idea. Amsterdam is a fantastic city, and well worth visiting for a lot more than just its sex and drugs attractions (although walking through the red light district in Amsterdam while stoned out of your mind is a world-class experience all on its own). So that part's pretty hard to argue with.

But the experience of having sex with a hooker is nothing like having sex with somebody who actually WANTS to do it with you. You know, because they like you, and are hot for you. This, while generally intensely awkward for virgins, and over before you know it, is almost guaranteed to be better sex than with a professional.
