and she is like I am going to think about it and let you know...what does this mean?
It means "I dont know you well enough yet, but I could like you..."
look at what 'da PG king' posted on other threads and see if his saying is trustworthy
anyways it basically means no, wrong way to "confess" dude
wrong way?
it means she'll think about it and then she'll give you her answer

I support this notion. There is no certainty that it is a no either. Perhaps your move was a bit risky, but that doesn't mean you failed here.
> I am going to think about it and let you know
Girl-Speak to Simple English Translation: "No."
It's still better than the dreaded "I just want to be friends"
Girl-Speak to Simple English Translation: "Never."
:( so i have do i have any chance still?
I think you still have a chance, just continue to give her reasons to like you,... Be nice, attentionate, sensitive, listen to what she says, and act upon it.
Basically, as long as she doesn't reject you, there's no reason to stop trying.
>Be nice, attentionate, sensitive
No, don't. Doesn't work. Stay open but put some distance, like you don't care. This way, if you have a chance, SHE will want to come closer.
should i ask her out more then?
It means:
"I don't really like you, but you've put me on the spot here and I don't want to seem mean. I won't let you down now but save it for later in a more impersonal form (AIM, telephone, etc.) or some other time when I'm more comfortable, and make sure to give you the impression I really thought hard about it so you don't feel too bad and nobody thinks I'm a bitch, but mostly just so nobody thinks I'm a bitch."
speaking from experience? are you a girl?

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO
Don't ever ask her out again. Make her want you, show playful affection to other girls around her (don't go overboard), be the alpha male and trust me, she will be chasing after you - with a crowd of others battling to get you from her.
Ive gotten the "i have to think about it" line before. in a nutshell, it means no.
But there are many fish in the sea my friend, just gotta keep lookin :)
noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
but it doesn't mean 0% chance right?
In girlspeak, maybe means no.
but there are some people i heard got a yes
But those people are stalkers that forced the women out on dates (or they are liars)
Put trust in the dick, for when it comes to women, it will never let you down.
definitely means No. Move on, man =P
> Put trust in the dick, for when it comes to women, it will never let you down.
Your right, homosexual men are chick magnets.
If it weren't for the awful spelling error, it would have pwned.
>>12 NO!
BUT, there is hope yet. I've given a guy friend of mine the "I just want to be friends" thinking nothing could ever happen between us.
So, we stayed friends, and I DID start to rethink my decision (although it was the right thing to do, for various reasons, like his best friend being in the way...anyways) but sadly we were graduating from high school soon after and I never mentioned it again, thinking he wouldn't want me to.
I still sort of regret it now, but one day his car passed my mine on the street and we waved at each other at a red light ^^
So, basically... give her space, and then give her another chance. Don't over do it, but after a while a smile will let her know things are still ok between the two of you.

Hey, that's kind of the method I am applying right now... coupled with a lot of work on myself "just because I feel like it", and it's half of the truth - the other half being I want her to see I can be even better, and improve again and again. We still talk from time to time, but she's going to move away for a few monthes.
When she comes back I'll try to see her and see where we are.
damn what should i do now she hasn't replied me yet and it's been almost a week :(

You should get out, walk around the town, do some exercise, read a book, watch a movie... whatever, do something useful for you and that keeps your mind busy.
Do not attempt anything.
that's what i do...but whenever i am not doing anything (especailly studying) i keep thinking about it...
should i just ask her? what do you mean not attempt anything?
>>30 Seriously, go ask her out..finish it. You have to hear her say :" no, but i like you blablabla".
Go on, let her rip your heart out and then move on....OR i can say you, that i was in the same situation as you, the thing is i went for it. SHe said no , i like you as a friend. I never stoppped the platonic relationship and one year later she confessed she loved* me and we were a couple. Sure there were some sucky things like she had boyfriends before that and i dated other chicks too...and it ain't pretty seeing her with another guy. Is it worth it? IT all depends how you feel..i only felt like this once, so it was worth all the pain.
Happy ending? No we broke up, that is life..there are no happy endings.
Or she could say yes.
