usually you can tell from body language. Did she seem surprised? Disgusted? Or maybe she doesn't even know you and doesn't have an opinion of you. You could ask her to give a simple yes or no. If she liked you she would have already affirmed it, though.

By the way I act around her I make it pretty obvious that I like her, and she didn't seem to find it surprising either. Nor did she seem disgusted.
