I have plenty of attractive friends, but I'm not particularly good looking myself, and I don't really want to ruin any friendships. At the same time, I want to hook up with someone, because I'm getting very tired of being lonely. I could probably hit on someone I don't really know that well, but there's always the incredible awkwardness when they say no, plus if I don't really know them, the chances of them wanting to hook up are also fairly low. It's not like I'm fat or anything, but I look vaguely middle eastern (very atheist though). Tips from anon?
is there a certain someone you are looking for? one person in particular in or out of your group that might like you for who you are? if so are they nice? trust me on this one, more likely than not, unless you really know the person is, they won't be that shallow. and hey, you might not be that bad looking, you might just think you are, i know i do sometimes while others say i look just fine.
