Help me find women who are:
a) not overly insecure, but also aren't pompous
b) have some ambition (this doesn't necessarily mean GOIN 2 COLLAGE LOL, it means they have an idea ofwhat they want to do and are working hard toward it)
c) aren't fat (physical appearance DOES matter)
Wouldn't an online dating source be your best bet? Since we don't have any idea of your situation or statistics.
Okcupid.com btw lol
I am on OKCupid, actually. And I've found some that match the description. They either won't respond or haven't logged in since shortly before I messaged them. The one that has chatted with me isn't single.
My statistics aren't really important, but I can assure you I fit all three of those.
The gym?

It's only three things. By many people's accounts, my definition of obesity is very forgiving. I don't mind slight rolls. And the first one is really just them being pleasant company and having a fair mind. Maybe it's the ambition thing.
u need to lower the expectations and criteria..or no one can be the equalivent of you. lol

I find the thought of starting up a conversation with a random in a gym completely bizarre.

He's not really claiming himself to be that special...
Craigslist. D'ohohohoho.
I'll tell you right now, you won't find her on the internet. I hope you like being outside.
I'd be happy with an insecure, mildly chubby, weeaboo fangirl. Where can I find one of those? Anonidate guy:girl ratios are crippling, and okcupid is mostly normalfag central.

Maybe try a local anime convention or comic book store? Animecons.com has a decent database if you want to go that route, but unfortunately I don't know of any comic-book-store resources. Where do you live, OP-san?
I live in the England, southish. I've tried going to my university's anime club but that was predominantly male. I guess I'll try hanging around the manga section in Borders for a bit, can't hurt. :3 Cons would probably be a bit crowded and loud for me going by myself though.
I'm pretty girly and young looking, so I figure the yaoi fangirl type would probably find me quite attractive.
Whoops, I responded to the question intended for the OP. My bad.
Sorry OP and >>12, didn't realize you were two different people because my ids change all the time. Anyway, OP: I don't personally know of any ladies like that in your area, but New York has so many people, you could probably just find a busy park and strike up random conversations. Sorry, I don't feel like I'm being much help to either of you, but I wish you both the best!
