OK, so, I was talking to a friend (A) and she asked if another longtime friend (B) and I had a thing. We kind of do, but only through a slight misunderstanding. (B) and I kissed and I can't bring myself to end it (nor am I sure I want to). Anyway, I have noticed that (A) has been looking (longingly?) at me a lot recently and she, the one I actually want to be with, is already in one.

I am too shy to ask if (A) still likes me, and I care for (B) too much to set the record straight. What should I do?

In substance, I agree with >>2 that you could try something with A, since you also seem to be interested. As for the fuck part, you still have some stops before that, so enjoy your time.
