Saying stuff like "I want to marry you", as you did in your original post, is creepy. It's also inappropriate, because she has already made it clear that she does not want to be anything more than friends.

It's harsh to say it, and difficult for you, but I think you should move on. She doesn't want to be with you, and there's nothing you can do about it.
