So, I'm into this girl. This weekend I got drunk at a friend's birthday party, and during the night I figured it would be a good idea to text her and tell her that I like her.
That was the sole thing I regretted doing after I woke up the next morning.

I figured it would just be awkward if I brought up the topic once I'd sobered up, so I haven't said a thing about it. She has neither replied nor mentioned anything about it either.

The strange thing is that we still talk like normally, without any awkward silence or the feeling that she's avoiding me, which I had expected. It's just like I never texted her in the first place.

I'm pretty sure she read it, and the lack of any kind of a response is kind of confusing. Does she like me, but is not ready to admit it, or does she just not want to lose me as a friend?

Did she know you were drunk? She might have just shrugged it off as drunken behavior.

Drunk texting is so... woh, it's so bad...

After reading what I wrote I'd say it's pretty obvious I was drunk.

maybe she just thought one of you friends stole your phone at the party and sent it as a joke. just keep being her friend and wait for a good moment in the future to bring up your feelings no need to freak out about it now
