Yeah, I've heard quite a bit of Rammstein and love 'em.
But I'm having very little luck finding other bands that are of their calibur.
Band suggestions? I've heard some of Megaherz which is supposed to sound a lot them, but I didn't really think so. They didn't hook me in the same way. =/
... And I think black/death-metal sounds really weird, lest you steer in that direction. XP
Here is something to get you started
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:German_industrial_groups
Hope you'll find something that you can enjoy
Not that it's German industrial, but Cruxshadows released Pray for Daylight in German.
Atrocity (The "Gemeni" Album), Die Krupps, KMFDM, Sielwolf, i'd recommend Megaherz too, because they're from my Hometown (Munich) ;)
Feindflug also isn't mentioned in the wikipedia category. Rather controversial, though decidedly anti-war even if it doesn't sound like that.
calling Rammstein "industrial" is a bit laughable in my opinion, but "ok".
Yeah, Die Krupps, especially Stahlwerksinfonie, is nice.
Wappenbund, especially "Zeitenwende" and "Preußen" are a martial industrial band of german noisesmenschen shouting to the war organ, and they're not as rightwing as Von Throhnstahl or Blutharsch (if you mind that). Also they're really high-quality.
I also enjoy Tscheljabinsk65, which is noisecore industrial of the rather grim sort (xhm2, logatomistes), you might want to check out the album done with Xotox ("industrielle Zertrümmerung eines Schädels"), which is definitely one of the most noise-oriented german industrial outfits out there, and every bit as worth the listen in its own right (Xotox' "Normalzustand Angst" and Silberfieber" come to mind).
If you enjoy the lustmord-brand of ambient industrial, check out Herbst9, "from a dark chasm below" is an incredible album (the consolamentum 12" is also amazing).
Winterkälte is for you if you enjoy the classic machine-sound industrial of mlada fronta or l'usine, and if you want to be extrovagant and try something fun, try Klangstabil, their newest mix of 8-bit gameboysounds and industrial is very different from what tarmvred achieved with viva6581, but equally superior.

What would be a better genre for them. "Industrial" is usually what comes up when I look up Rammstein.
And thank you for the suggestions.

MTV-Rock? Goth-Pop? Dance-Metal (what they call it themselves)?
While I find genre-labels a very funny and peculiar idea in general and instead choose to liken artists to artists as evidenced in >>6, "industrial" makes me think of, well, something that sounds like machinery, not some pale visigoths whining along to guitars (no offense intended).
The original industrial circa germany 1960s/70s..
FAUST!

oh please.
not everything from germany is automatically "industrial".
Next you'll be arguing Kraftwerk to be "industrial".
sniff It's not?
If you don't mind something with less rock influence than Rammstein and Megaherz, try Das Ich. I personally thought the album "Antichrist" was very good.
is dead.
How can there be a thread about German Industrial without anyone mentioning Einstürzende Neubauten?
All their albums are great, but Tabula Rasa is a good introduction to the group.
Yes, I agree about Einsturzende, although I would prefer Haus Der Luge as an introductory album. Expect something very different from the rock influenced industrial style of bands like Rammstein, Megaherz, and Tanzwut, though.
