Alternative electronic Korean music and underground/hc rap in Korea? (4)

Can anyone recommend some good (or neutral or not so good) musicians from Korea who make alternative electronic music such as Industrial, Breakcore, Schranz, Noise, IDM, Psytrance, Hardcore Techno, Ambient? I have heard such musicians from many of the surrounding countries, but not Korea. Also interested in underground/hardcore/social conscious Korean rap if it exists. In Korea I saw a rap music video where there was a Korean flag on the background during the entire thing. From my viewpoint that is very unusual and if it was done in my country ppl would be like "WTF!? Something doesn't fit in!", but yeah Koreans are very patriotic.
I've heard the club scene is not so big, because most people just go pick up a date and not for the music.. but I read something about there being IDM and psytrance parties at least.

Is anyone else trying to imagine North Korean gangsta rap now?
