Lets see who remembers most of the U.S. National Anthem! No cheating.
Oh say can you see, by the dawn's early night.
They should add sort of a remix or a heavy metal tune to the anthem though. Or we could just use the goodness of Borat's pottasimix.

Books
I'm probably the only American that knows the national anthems of the US, Canada, the UK, and Italy.

I know the Soviet anthem, learned it for the lulz.
United in labour, united in friendship,
the great soviet union, shall ever endure!
something like that

He meant Spiderman comics.
United forever in friendship and labour,
Our mighty republics shall ever endure!
The Great Soviet Union shall live through the ages,
A dream of the people, their fortress secure!
Long live our Soviet fatherland, built by the people's mighty hand!
Long live the people, united and free!
Strong in our friendship tried by fire, long may our crimson flag inspire!
Shining in glory for all men to see!
Through days dark and stormy where Great Lenin led us,
Our eyes saw the bright sun of freedom above!
And the commune, our ideal, with the faith of the people,
Inspired us to build up the land that we love!
Long live our Soviet fatherland, built by the people's mighty hand!
Long live the people, united and free!
Strong in our friendship tried by fire, long may our crimson flag inspire!
Shining in glory for all men to see!
We fought for the future, destroyed the invader,
And brought to our homeland the laurels of fame!
Our glory shall live through the memory of nations,
And all generations shall honour her name!
Long live our Soviet fatherland, built by the people's mighty hand!
Long live the people, united and free!
Strong in our friendship tried by fire, long may our crimson flag inspire,
Shining in glory for all men to see!
We fought for the future, destroyed the invader,
And brought to our homeland the laurels of fame!
Our glory shall live through the memory of nations,
And all generations shall honour her name!
Long live our Soviet fatherland, built by the people's mighty hand!
Long live the people, united and free!

Shining in glory for all men to see!
la marseillaise makes me all patriotic towards some country i've never been to.
I don't perfectly know how to state it, but in Die Wacht am Rhein, on the first of the two "fest steht und treu die Wacht, die Wacht am Rhein!", the line ends sort of high and dying, unfinished, demanding a repetition. I don't really care for the rest of the song but that's really pretty.

I love how this song is about slaughter and bloodshed (for the nation, okay, but it's hardcore), and we still sing it at peaceful events, sport competitions and such. Okay, the 'modern' version skips the most violent parts, but still...
I think every American should know the national anthem, it's a song that truly "belongs" to every member of the country, culturally and all. Nice and inspiring too, you can belt it out any time.
