Unagi.

Excellent underground instrumental hiphop. Latest record has some singers/rappers on top, as well, but he's a primarily instrumental artist.

Yea Nujabes is one of my favorites, teh Album they did for Samurai Champloo is pretty nice! ALso they did the opening song to Samurai Champloo
