"News reports say Japan has issued arrest warrants for two North Korean agents it accuses of abducting Japanese nationals.

Reports claim Shin Kwang-Su and Choi Sung-Choi allegedly kidnapped four Japanese citizens in 1978."

"North Korea admitted in 2002 it kidnapped 14 Japanese nationals to teach its agents to be spies.

Five of the abductees were sent back to Japan. Pyongyang claims the other eight are dead."
