"Students at the primary school in Osaka complained about their teacher's conduct.

The Yomiuri Shimbun daily reports the 47-year-old teacher watched the game for five minutes during the first class period, and then during the lunch break.

As the game became more heated during the second class period, the teacher turned the television on and off."

"The teacher is quoted as saying, "Some students were looking forward to watching the game, and I was also anxious about it... I was very thoughtless." "

I had more than one teacher over the years that would watch TV.
One of my English teachers would give out busy work and either watch TV or just plain leave the room. Gotta love teacher tenure. Someone even got suspended for being disruptive organizing students to complain about her.
The other one had a small TV that she watched soaps on during lunch every day.

The United States that criticizes us reflecting even if defeated is
great.
Mexico that doesn't say one the complaint to the rule even if
defeated is great.
The Dominican Republic that doesn't do by one the excuse even if
defeated is great.
Cuba that praises the other party even if defeated is great.
South Korea that it is us is excrements the most in the world true
though it was defeated.
