What? Iraq was arbitrarily made up by the british in the first place.

some problems with that plan:

  1. Kurdistan will make Turkey angry (someone should tell them to shut the fuck up, but America won't do it)
  2. The shiites may ally with Iran (or maybe not)
  3. Sunnis will bitch about not having oil.

Not to say that the current setup will work any better.
