Isn't a large part of the Social Security problem caused by runaway spending, such as on unprofitable war and waste/corruption?
We need to build more Courthouses. Only twenty turns each.
No we need courthouses where plaintiff and defendant both come on seperate converyor belts.
I think the current US strategy is more like "Social Security Defeated By 2008".
