Old people reporting on this don't quite understand how anything can operate without a clear-cut organizational diagram. I imagine law enforcement is going to have trouble too when they try to arrest the big pile of stupid children responsible for this nonsense. They'll likely just claim that whoever they caught belongs in a hierarchy of hackerdom and pin their picture somewhere between a guy in a green body sock/fedora and moot. This is how most mafia investigations worked prior to this anyway, so nothing really changes...
