I think so, but "Attach Photo" wants a file (an image) from you.
Just leave that field empty if you don't want to upload an image.

how do i add myself to that map??
i've tried several times but my posts not shown... orz

1. Enter your name in field "Name" (can be anything)
2. Enter Zipcode in field "Zipcode" if you live in the USA. If you don't live in the USA, click "Not in the US? Click Here". Then enter the city you live in into the field that's now named "City" in the format "City, Country" and make sure to select one of the dropdown suggestions if any appear.
3. Enter anything you want to say as a comment in the "Shoutout" field.
4. If you want to, you can upload a small picture in the "Attach Photo" field from your computer. You don't have to, though.
5. Click "Add Me!"

If that doesn't work, please tell us any error messages you get and the browser/OS you are using. You probably also have to have JavaScript enabled, but I am not too sure about that.

i did 1 thru 5 except 4 above and it didn't give me any error messages.
and yet, my post still not shown...
i reloaded several times but still not shown...
i have no idea why...
maybe frapper hates me? boo hoo ;_;
i'm using windose xp pro, and IE6.0.

oh, well.
