私は日本人ですが、現実世界で『あ゛あ゛あ゛』と叫んでいる人は見たことがありません。これらの表現は主に漫画で使われる表現です。

Although I'm Japanese,I've never seen other Japanese shout , 'あ゛あ゛あ゛'.
It is a phrase seen well in mangas.

もし私が『あ゛あ゛あ゛あ゛』と声を出したなら、それは私達が重大な精神的損害を被っていたか、もしくは私が非常に驚いた事を意味します。
しかしその叫び声を聞いた他の日本人は私が叫んでいる音が
『あ゛あ゛あ゛あ゛』なのか『ああああああ』なのかは区別が付かないでしょう。

If I shouted it,it means that I had suffered serious mental damage or surprised at something.
But other Japanese who heard my scream can't tell my'あ゛あ゛あ゛' from my'ああああ'.

よって、もし15が日本人にいきなり『あ゛あ゛あ゛』と叫んでくださいと言っても、大抵の日本人は実際に『あ゛あ゛あ゛』と発音したことが無いので発音に手間取るでしょう。

That is to say,even if you ask Japanese to pronounce it,most Japanese take time to do it.
(Because most of us doesn't have experience of having done it actually.)
