in our western communities, to use most bulletin boards you must specify not only name, but email too. So, coming to anonymous bulletin board and saying that we should use names is usually considered stupid. But don't take it too close to your heart, you're free to use name, and you're free to tell others to use one, you are not offending anyone by doing that.
