This is a question for anyone who is familiar with the Tokyo area. Does anyone know a place where you can buy cool t-shirts, either just cool ones or ones with humorous or Engrish on them. Thank you very much!

Not Engrish enough. I'm looking for ones that are actually from Japan and say like "FUCK YOU" or something that makes no sense. :D
If you'd visit here Japan, you could buy TONS of Engrish stuff.
You DON'T NEED to look for them AT ALL, just go to nearby store, and then you'd find them.
Most of Japanese don't even know their t-shirts say 'BITCH'.
They just believe theirs say some cool things.

Nah they all know it says BITCH.
They wear it because BITCH is cool in Japan.
Japan is a stressful country and nobody can live without being PUNK.

But actually English speakers call them Engrish and we think they're funny and even somewhat stupid.
I assume you haven't ever seen a pure little girl and her mom who's wearing 'BITCH' t-shirt in Japan.
That's not that cool at all.

I am in Tokyo right now! ^_^ Could you refer me to a good store? I've already hit Graniph in Ikebukuro and they had some good stuff.

try BABY THE STARS SHINE BRIGHT, it's near Daikanyama station on the Tokyu Toyoko line

Some Tshirt designer writes something in english or something he thinks is english only because it's cool. At least that's what he thinks. Sometimes it's correct english, sometimes it's what you call engrish (mistakes).
I haven't seen any store that sells only tshirts with bad spelled english or things like that.
It's like an american guy wearing a tshirt with "反米" and think that it looks cool. Or foreigners with weird kanjis tattooed.
I want to get the t-shirt that has the kanji for "kichiku beihei" on it.
Yes, I do know what it means.
I think it would be amusing to have 米 as a tattoo, if I were going to get a tattoo.
you want a tattoo that means "rice"...?
そんじゃ、せめて「チャーハン」か「カレーライス」にしたほうがいいんじゃないの?

Yes, I do. I am American, and the kanji for "America" means "rice country," yes? If I were going to get one of the fashionable kanji tattoos, what could be more appropriate than "rice?"

亜米利加神
just the right amount of arrogant intentional kanji misuse to be borderline funny
I wouldn't like to have "Japan" as a tattoo. But that's me.
I guess as long as you like it it's your body and you can write whatever you want on it.
「チャーハン」って漢字ではないので格好良くないんで、五目御飯とかはいかがでしょうか?w
