I'd most likely say something like "Thanks for the help yesterday/this morning" (just put when they helped you), or you could say "Thanks a lot for helping me yesterday/this morning", or if you want to go a bit british, "Thanks mate for the help before/yesterday/this morning" etc etc etc.

My japanese is bad, so I use Rikaichan and my basic understanding of Japanese grammer. to me, if I translated that, it would say:
"Thank you for looking after me that time".

その文に「なり」何意味ですか？ (Is this correct?)
If that is right: What does "Nari" mean in this sentence?

What he said is good, but with the correction of the mistakes:

"Thank you for helping me yesterday/this morning, if there is anything that I can help with, please let me know", which to me is formal, unformal could be:

"Thanks for helpin' me yesterday/this morning, if there's anything I can help you with, just let me know!"
