So like, every now and then I'll go onto 2ch's English board and post in the "Native English speakers, come help us!" thread. Today I went to post and it refuses, saying it doesn't like my ISP. What the crap? Is there some way to bypass that easily?
Sometimes there is a posting regulation.Im in japan, but my posting was refused too because of my domain server.I don't know the details of the reasons, but now I can post in a thread. So maybe you can post on 2ch in short time.
I'm a Japanese and often use 2ch.
The reason is probably that someone using the same domain server did something prohibited or eccentric.
2ch cannot regulate only the troublemaker, so we are sometimes implicated in it.
If you have no idea why you cannot post, maybe it occured.
Actually, I've been regulated by 2ch for three days though I didn't do anything.
Also, sometimes 2ch seems to block posting on its forums in an attempt to reduce bandwidth usage during times of heavy traffic. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if they were blocking your ISP because it's foreign.
Note that the rules governing who can post depends on which forum you're looking at, too. Some forums allow posting even during times of so-called "access regulation."
