Quitting school? (19)

I am second year student at vocational school, studying to be and electrician. But the problem is, since the first day I have hated the school. There are propably 3 or 4 'nice' ppl in my class, but the rest are fuckheads. I'v been forcing myself to bear them for two years now, and I feel like I'm cracking up soon.

I have been thinking about quitting school and aplying to army when I'm 18 and look for a job there. Or maybe when get over with army I will apply to high school.

What do you think about my problem? Would quitting school be good option in your opinion?

If you can't stand fuckheads you probably aren't cut out for the army. It's much the same except some of the fuckheads are your commanding officers.

I dropped out of my senior year of high school and it was one of the best things I could have ever done for myself. I got a full time job at age sixteen and I learned so much more from working than I ever did in school.

You should do what feels right for you and what will make you happy in the long run. Weigh the pros and cons first and then make sure you are doing it for the right reasons. Dropping out of school because everyone sucks is kind of cowardly.

I would just finish it, and then apply to the army afterwards if you still want to.

Just ignore the non-nice people. Hell, I'm currrently in my 3rd year of college and have really only talked to a few people since I've started.

There are going to be fuckheads wherever you go. People are mostly messed up. Neurotic doesn't begin to describe it.

School can be crap. It's the institutions, not just the people.

Dont drop out. I know a lot of fuck-heads and I've learned to deal with them and ignore them. If you dont finish school you still have the rest of your life. you dont want to waste 80 years of your life just because you couldn't take 3.

I dropped out on my second year of highschool to switch school and course (11th grade, and no, it's not the American school system), I switched from Computing to Arts.

And damn, that was the best thing I ever did in my whole life. Met a whole bunch of awesome people, unlike the bastards I had when I was in my other school. <3

Well, if you're going to join the military, the Navy or the Air Force is probably a safer bet. You don't see insurgents blowing up a lot of aircraft carriers with those IEDs.

If you join the military you're stuck with whatever fucktards you run into and don't have the option of leaving. Stick with school, or get a job.
