I couldn't think of anywhere else to post this. What do fellow 4ch'ers do to relieve stress on their mouse hand? I've been having trouble doing stuff for extended periods of time on my computer; my hand starts to dully ache after a while, so I have to stop for a couple of hours :(. I'm thinking of going to the mall to pick up a wrist brace tomorrow, but what else can I do to improve my mouse hand's health? :x
