I know this probably isnt the place to post this but..
I have a great problem with insomnia, I sleep probably 2 hours a night tops.
Its not like I dont have a reason not to sleep, I get regular excersize, Ive held down a job for 3 years, eat well, dont have any reasons to be depressed I got plenty of friends and an active social life, but I just cant sleep.
Ive tried pretty much every over the counter sleep aids you can buy from Nytol to countless herbal sleep aids, ive been to the doctor but he just subscribed me a stronger version of nytol but nothing seems to work.
This has been going on now for nearly 2 years, its never bothered me in the past but now it feels like im carrying a large stone in my skull and my eyes get heavier each day.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I have this problem. I usually dont care about it. I mean, I get more time to read books or something. But on those nights that I do require sleep, then I suggest you do something physically draining. For me I busy myself with certain, umm....'nightly' activities. Maybe that will work for you, I dont know. You can give it a try.

i had the opposite problem. i was sleeping too much. i was sleeping 17-19 hours a day.

I suggest auto shiatsu. There are some points on the body that promote a relax.

same problem here.very light sleeper fifteen minutes tops then i wake up. i can go on four days without laying my head to rest- tried stillnox,v's, melatonin, herbal shite but to no avail. i recently wrecked my car cause i was just too tired and zoned out. it comes to a point where i just try to drink myself till i pass out...
