I hope so. I'd rather the problem be psychological than physical.
It's just the original poster was moping about ugliness, but still has enough self esteem to edit himself in Photoshop. He doesn't mind not just looking at the photos, but doctoring them around. But maybe that's just an obsessive-compulsive thing - trying to fix the photos rather than just not look at them.
