im going to keep this short like me im 5'5 17 years old and my older brother is 5'7. the problem is everywhere i go i always seem to be the shortest. is it possible for me to grow any taller? what advice do you guys have for me please help
I feel for you man, I'm extremely short and everyone around me is usually taller.. it really lowers my self esteem to know that some of the girls that I like usually go for taller guys.
list of why i hate being short

-always being picked last in sports
-people look down at you and treat you like a kid
-taller people have advantage in fights
-short jokes there worst then racist jokes
-sometime i need help reaching for things
-during concert you cant see shit since taller people are in the way

uh i wouldnt do it but there are growth hormones that you can take. In hs my teammate took it for our basketball team (he grew from like 5'6 to 6'0). I never asked him about the side effects but i know for a fact that it works

In some martial arts the reverse is true, like aikido/ aikijutsu. and in kendo too. There are advantages/disadvantages to both.
I'm really tall, clothes don't fit me, I bump my head on shit, I can't fit in lots of cars and I always look hunched over, even when my back is straight. I feel kind of awkward most of the time. It's a little embarrassing having to "talk-down" to my superiors too, like professors or supervisors. And most of the girls I like are really little, which makes it even more awkward trying to talk to them.
aikido is shit,you spend all of your time working on shitty wrist lock that doesn't work they'll never let you sparr unless you have taken the aikido for atleast 1 year or someshit. take a real martial arts man like brazilian jiu jitsu or muy tai. i glad i got out of that aishito bull

From what I've heard from people who get into streetfights a lot, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu isn't worth shit. Personally, I'd recommend Kyokushin Karate or Tae Kwon Do. I've seen videos of both and the striking sets seem best for when you need to keep people off of you.
Aikido isn't really taught as a martial "art" or technique, that would be "aikijutsu" which is closely related to traditional Japanese swordsmanship and involves breaking wrists and more aggressively applying pressure points.
Aikido is more of a zen-related method that ties in a lot of the core kii elements of other martial arts. It has more to do with mainstream kendo, meditation, and calligraphy than effective combat technique IMHO.
Taller guys are nice, but when they're too much taller it's just awkward and makes the girl feel like a child. I'm sure plenty of short girls will appreciate your height.
hah are you kidding me tae kwon fucking don and kyokushin karat. i have a friend that's a 3rd degree black belt in tae kwon don and he said it sucks and doesn't work, in tae kwon don you use your feet intend of your shin to kick which leads broken foot. in muy tai you use your shin which dose much more damage also you do not only focus on kicks it's uses knee strikes kicks and punches unlike tae kwon don which only focus on shitty kicks . kyokushin karate has weak ass awkward punches the style leaves your face soo open you'll probably get knock out. brazian jiu jitsu is not unless in street fights have you ever heard of spider guard it help you if you get knock down on your back also there something called take down. those video you saw online are of people whom been taken the their shitty art since they were kids and has been taken it for at least 10+ years.

there's a anime club at my school i decided to check it out because i saw a cute girl in there. when i went in the room had a funky smell also it was full of weeaboos every single person there were ugly except for the girl i saw. no one there was even japanese or close to actual Asian they were all Filipino.i tryed talking to them but they would always bring up anime related shit. They were also nut hugging Japaneses culture like Japaneses people are perfect human being and gods, all lunch period. i ended up leaving the room and never came back.
lol, I'm like 194cm. I'm pretty awkward. Well, as a general global trend people are getting taller, so I'm guessing people like me will fit in more and more.

As a guy, I think this current obsession with not seeing any female body hair is ridiculous. That's the way we humans look, for f*ks sake.

As for hair in men.. well, I'm no authority on what is considered attractive. My view is to just do whatever you want with it. If women start to run away screaming, you can always stop growing/shaving.
Myself, I trim occasionally. (armpits, etc) I don't have much growth anyway so it'd probably just look weird otherwise. And I keep a decently neat moustache for that cheesy 70's German pornstar look.
Im 154cm and ive dated a guy who was 150cm tall, another one who was 195cm tall, and i am currently dating a guy who is 179cm tall.
So, OP, I've dated a guy shorter than you, don't worry about it, it's not that big of a deal, people dont really care about height. They just like to think they do.
I'm 163 cm and presently date a man that's 185 cm but, to me, height isn't really issue. I tend to be attracted to taller men because, frankly, those are the ones that have shown an interest in me and possess other characteristics I find appealing. If you're a nice fellow (and you seem to be, OP) and have other qualities a woman would enjoy (I'm sure you do), you shouldn't have a problem. Make a woman feel cared about-- compliments work!-- and find someone that can share or atleast appreciate your interests and you're golden. Height isn't worth shit in the long run. I'm sure your lady would be willing to forgo the high heels.
