Okay, this is dangerous for people who are not significantly overweight, so I don't reccommend it for causal use. There's an energy drink on the market now called "Red Line". It has a HUGE amount of vitamin B-12. Taking this will keep you awake for 8 hours and during that time, the B-12 will help to LIQUIFY FAT. Of course, you still have to work out to activate this effect.

Now, the reason I say this is dangerous is that after running out of fat to liquify, B-12 goes STRAIGHT FOR MUSCLE. This can land you in the hospital if you overdo it. I suggest doing it once a day at the most, and taking lots of vitamin C before drinking the Red Line to soften the crash after the energy wears off.

Good luck!!
