How do I get a female body shape?
Yes, I want a female body shape. My body is pretty normal, asides from the chicken legs that are covered up from baggy pants. The chicken legs are pretty wobbly and that's why I want to get rid of them. My arms are pretty bony, but the upper arm part is wobbly like the legs.
Step 1. Eat a lot
Step 2. Get fat, let your body fill out
Step 3. Lose excess weight and enjoy female form
Step 4. ??????
Step 5. PROFIT
Or you could exercise like crazy... with a corset.
You either have it or you don't. A corset will only make the female body shape look better, not create one. Might want to ditch the baggy pants though, it makes it look worse. I recommend padded bras and empire waist dresses. Sure, they show off the legs but slim legs are better than fat ones with thunder thighs. It will also cover up the lack of hips, but again...small hips aren't so bad.
If you're still young, you'll probably fill out.
I have those awesome girly curves, but then again, I am a fatty with a flat stomach.
Don't go crazy with the fatty foods. Just eat normally and healthily, and cut down on activity. Or, stop excersising your uppers and lowers. Like me, just concentrate on keeping the legs, arms, and stomach slim, and let the other stuff go.

I don't want to crossdress, just want work out my body to make it look normal. My legs are like upside down isoceles triangles.

I already do cut down on activity, and my braces diet is slimming me down a bit.
What kind of excersise do you sugggest for those areas? I don't think it would be lifting weights, as that builds muscle. Sit ups may be a grey area, because they can lose fat in that area, but too much may build undesired muscles.
Weights --> Stunt growth.
Do squats if you wanna work on your bum.

it's not going to happen very naturally without hormones. your body just won't distribute fat the same way...
maybe we could help if you gave a better description/image of what you want to look like or change.
