I've been so exhausted lately. I can only seem to stay awake for around eight hours, and then have to sleep for at least 10-12 hours.
I take vitamins, eat healthy, exercise regularly... I'm not under any stress, and I'm not depressed. Why do I need so much sleep, and why can't I stay awake? Does anyone have any ideas?
If you're a female, it's totally normal, if you're a guy, either way it's hormonal.
