i have found one problem that too much Masturbate will cause and that is Muscle Strains. i Masturbate 2 to 3 times everyday in my life since i was 14 till im 24 is only till last year im being having this stange ache from the groin running to the thigh every time when im about to ejaculation. and the pain gets much worst after i ejaculate.
my doctor at the time can't tell what is wrong with me and so ask me to go for a MRI scan.
after my MRI scan the report show that is Muscle Strain..
it needs time to recover. but after a year im still experience this pain. even my doctor give up on me.

You literally have to delete all your porn and don't go to any imgboards with porn on them, so you don't see something that could turn you on slightly and you give in to fap. Do things to keep yourself occupied.
Indeed, I only ever feel the need to fap is when I come across a provocative image, and 99% of the time it's on the internet...
