ok so as most of you are aware it is christmas eve. i do not have a gift for a dear friend of mine, and she supposedly got me this really good gift. would it be acceptable to not get her a gift and get her one later? i need answers!
Do the right thing, get her a gift now, women are tricky.
> would it be acceptable to not get her a gift and get her one later?
With women, the answer is always 'No'. Regardless of what she says.
> a dear friend of mine
If it's a lover, get her some shiny rocks, now.
Yeah, women love shiny rocks, like those kind from the new age stores, but you could always find some in the forest to give to her.
Ehhh, just get her a really nice card and write a sweet IOU in it. Give it to her along with a kiss on the forehead - then get her a real gift ASAP.
By the way, I'm a girl, and that would be a perfectly satisfactory way to get a Christmas gift. It's not like females are all crazy bitches who don't understand the word "sorry."
Rush out and get a card and something small for now.
Candy. Get her candy. Chocolate, specifically. Not the crappy ones with caramel or coconut or any other things in it, just plain chocolate, or truffles if you want to be fancy. Less expensive than shiny rocks, and easier to find.
For future reference, instead of just a store-bought card a hand-made one that looks like you've put a lot of effort into it will help.
