My current personal goals:
I use a method of counting down to zero from a given number. For example, at first I would I first do six push-ups, then pull up one knee and give my arms rest two or three seconds, then do five more, rest again, then four more, etc. It's a much better method than just doing 21 in one go. At first I had to start at six (21 total); I can now start at nine (45 total) and still pull it off all the way to zero, without feeling sore the next day. Yay.
I'm working on strength, stamina and flexibility now. I think I should also practice balance and precision, but I haven't found a way to practice those yet.
3. Learning to talk to people without being nervous. Finding the serenity and confidence to be a more open-hearted person. I hope to find this kind of confidence as I grow up.

5. Learning to draw, and perhaps to play the guitar. I'm not a bad artist, but I rarely find time to practice drawing. I'm a poor guitarist.
