OP, don't cut yourself. Cut others. Carry a boxcutter with you all the time, sharpen it, etc. Or get a lot of throwing knives.

I have the willpower and concentration to hurt myself deeply without cringing. The only thing that sucks is waking up the next morning in pain. I gotta fix that, then I can die without bother.
