I think the biggest issue for guys is if your zipper came undone and your cock poked out. Or getting a hard on, it might act like a tent pole.

I've done it a few times, when i had waited until the last minute to do laundry.

I'm always paranoid someone would notice, but I don't think anyone really would under normal circumstances.
