i cant talk to my ex girlfriends without feeling ill in the stomach, or shakey and nervous. Im not attracted to these women in any way.

If i spend months and months without talking to them or seeing them, they tend to appear in my dreams or pop into my mind when i day dream. If i get in touch with them on MSN messenger just to catch up, see how they are doing, i feel a lot better in general, but when im actually talking to them im nervous and shakey.

Im really starting to think i have an obsession, i genuinly feel slightly ill in my stomach when i think of them, maybe its because i spent an extremely long time with them. ive actually considered hypnosis because seeing new women doesnt help. I cant concentrate on anything, i feel hungry but i dont want to eat, i stare at the wall for hours, has anyone experienced anything similar? and can anyone tell me if its just natural

never heard of something ike that before. you might want to visit a psychologist. they don't prescribe meds but they can ussualy tell you whats wrong. insurance should pay for it

I can relate somewhat I have trouble talking to a girl that broke up with me a year or so ago I get the same feelings around her the nervousness and the feeling sick to the extent that I want to run away very fast and similarly I don't have any feelings towards her. She comes into my thoughts a lot and the symptons you described are similar to mine. Altough they are slowly going away.
I don't really know what to say to you though it sounds terrifing especially about how seeing other girls doesn't help.
how long has it been since you've dated these girls and what kind of relationships did you have with them?
My advice would be to stop contacting them and talking to them online if they make you feel that way. It's easier to forget everything.

Sounds like you're suffering anxiety with these women. You're also a little fixated -- there's something about these failed relationships that keeps you from letting go.

Do these relationships end badly? Who dumped who?

If seeing your ex-gfs makes you feel bad and you cannot convert ex-gfs into gfs, then stop seeing them, simple.
