Pilates? I've never heard of this before, though what Google says is interesting.. What are classes like? Is there a way to practice this without having to take a class?
That's mostly what I'm concerned about. I was just worried that, since my back gets strained after a while, I might be doing something wrong that might screw up my back even more.
But apparently, it's only because my body's been used to slouching? If that's the case, I'll just have to tough it out. Thanks for the responses, everyone.
